A session lasts about 2 hours and depending on your wishes and goals I recommend about 6 sessions. Sometimes it takes just one or two sessions to achieve the result. My goal in our work together is for you to smile at me and say: „This is exactly what I came for, thanks. I’ll take it from here!“
